Validation doesn't need to be hard, but it does need to be done right.
We're a small company focused on validating transactions on the Celo network. We have been a part of the Celo validator community from the very early days; we participated in the Great Celo Stake Off with no downtime or penalties and have been running a validator group and validator nodes on the network since.
Our goal is to help contribute towards Celo becoming the most trusted, reliable, and usable infrastructure for financial products and services available to everyone, requiring only a simple phone and internet connection.
As part of our commitment to Celo’s mission and community, we are giving 10% of our validator reward earnings to non-profit community causes that further the above mission.
To date, we have given $35,000 cUSD to fund universal basic income (UBI) pilots in Brazil, Cap Verde, Nigeria and Ghana via ImpactMarket, a decentralized p2p UBI solution built on top of Celo.
The Celo network incentivizes you to vote for validator groups by rewarding voters every epoch. You can learn more about how to vote here.
